Formal notice for hand sanitizers and the legal framework that includes their release. 
After the announcement of the NOM, hand sanitizers are divided in two categories:
    a) Products that are available in the market as cosmetics and are characterized as mild disinfectant. These products need to be advertised to the               European e-portal for cosmetics before their release in the Greek market.
    b) Products that contain active ingredients and are available as biocide (for integrated pest control). These products require marketing authorization         from the NOM.
